Newspaper Morning: Take a walk to your local train station and pick up a free Metro newspaper. Upon your return home browse through the newspaper from start to finish asking your child question like “What is that?”, “Where is the …..?”, “Who is wearing a hat?
Now go through the newspaper a second time and together choose a news story to focus on. From that news story your child (with your guidance) needs to select Who, What, Where and the news story is about.
Cut out and stick the necessary images to answer the questions on a piece of paper under the headed question.
Always use your child’s communication devise so that they can give their voice.
